New Remote Control
Hello
Can anyone advise How I can get a new Virgin Media Remote
I have been going round and round in circles with the Customer services Team and thought I would use this forum as the last resort ?

Have you tried ordering a replacement online?
Select the 360 box from this page
https://www.virginmedia.com/help/how-to/tv/issues/remote-issues/remote-not-working
Then select one of the three boxes describing the faulty remote that will be displayed once you select 360 and follow the onscreen instructions which should open the following page to sign into your online account to order a replacement.

Just out of insight why doesn't it pop up on screen when remote batteries are low sure it used to but don't anymore!
I got a battery warning two weeks ago so it's still there.
Strange I'm not getting it only way I know when batteries need changing is when remote don't respond that well could do with screenshot of remote software see if it matches up how can it be triggered
