New controller not working

I have ordered a new controller for my mini box I also have a main 360 box.

For some reason the controller is not working/connecting this controller looks smaller than others I have! I believe this controller is for the streaming box! Have I been sent the wrong controller?

On the top right there is a light that flashes white and then goes red.

Please can someone help!

Can you please send us a photo of the TV remote you have been sent, we can look to send you the correct remote if necessary?

    Many thanks

        Hi benw611

The 360 stream/flex boxes use the same remote.

Have you tried inserting new batteries and also pulled the plastic tab out from the back of the 360 remote so the batteries can make contact and allow the remote to work?

Also are you using the correct 'TV'button?  It's the 'Live TV' (the one on the right hand side directly below the red power/standby button) and '0' button together for around 10/15 seconds. The Standby button should then start to flash followed by an onscreen message displaying 'Pairing successful - this remote will only work with this Virgin 360 box'.

  • The original 360 remote had 4 batteries the new version which is the same as the streaming box remote only has 2 batteries and has a light.

If pressing  and holding the "TV" and "0" buttons on the remote for 10 seconds isn't working try putting the box into "Pairing Mode" by pressing the Standby/On button on the front of the box for 10 seconds. Then using the remote control, press and hold the 'TV' button and the '0' button together for 10 seconds.
