New box installed but no sky sports or movies error code 100:70

I've recently had an additional box installed- all channels and online services working fine but sky sports is showing a 100:70 error.

I've tried restarting the box and leaving it unplugged for 30 seconds per other posts. 

The channels work fine on my main Virgin 360 box.

Can you help?

    Sorry to hear of your concerns with the channels on your new set-top box. 

    This might be an easy fix. Let's check the account on our side to see if the codes for these channels have been added to the new boxes service line.
