New 360 TV Box not connecting to remote - Red Error Light Permanently on
After 10+ years of using. Tivo Box Virgin have now sent me a replacement 360 box. I’ve set this up this evening and am unable to view the TV as the remote will not link to the box. The welcome message initially comes up on screen but then the Red error light comes up on the 360 box and nothing happens. I’ve checked all connections and completed multiple resets. Any ideas or does it look like I’ve got a faulty box?
