Netflix

Hi seen advert saying you now get Netflix free with virgin Media packages. How do you set up. Thanks.

    It'll be for new contracts and when you go to renew yours.

    VM have offered Netflix Standard with Adverts to new broadband customers with M500 or above speed, and to new customers with TV packages, and recontracting customers since 2nd October 2025.

    If you joined prior to 2nd October 2025, or haven't recontracted since that date then you don't qualify for the free Netflix.
