I've swapped my tivo box for a new 360 box but apps unavailable so cannot access Netflix
Apps should be working now as there has been a national outage
If you are still having problems trying rebooting the box by turning the box off with the switch on the back of the box and then on again.
If that doesn't work try a factory reset using the keep recordings option.
If your Netflix app is unavailable after swapping your TiVo box for a Virgin TV 360 box, try turning off "Match Frame Rate" under Settings > Video, as this has resolved the issue for some users. If that doesn’t help, perform a partial system reset via Settings > System > Factory Reset, selecting the option to keep recordings—this won't delete your saved content but will require re-signing into apps. If problems persist, contacting Virgin Media support may be necessary for further assistance.
