If you didn't have to create a password when you signed in through the 360 then the password is probably the same one that is linked to your Virgin account email.
If that doesn't work have you tried the Netflix instructions here to reset the password.
Thanks, that didn't occur to me. I'll give that a try with my Virgin email and password.
I had a look at the help section on my Netflix channel and it does show my Virgin email, so I suppose it may work.
