Netflix not loading on main box

Hi

I've two virgin 360 boxes (the small ones). I was watching Netflix last night on the main box in lounge with no issues. Today it won't load up, just have the red N with the loading red circle (all other apps work fine). I checked other box in bedroom and that works fine, same on my phone, tablet and lap top so it's not a Netflix issue. 

I've unplugged box for over an hour, also done reset while keeping recordings, neither have corrected it.

Any further advice on what to do?

    We're sorry to hear you're having issues with the Netflix app working on your 360 box. Checking here, you don't have a Netflix subscription included in your package so this must be with Netflix directly. Depending on the tier of Netflix you have, some only include one device so if you're watching on one, it won't work on another. 

    We would recommend contacting Netflix for further help on this.
