Netflix hacked

My netflix has just been hacked. Virgin media you have been very unhelpful. Why can they just shut that account down not only have i been hacked but they changed it to premium and I am being charged more for something I can't use

  • Did you get this sorted and how as it has just been done to me and netflix say they need a service code. Which i can't find probably because how ever is using my account hs locked the profile with a code

  • Contact Netflix directly.  It's their people who'll sort it out.  Happened to me and sorted within 10 minutes.

      Netflix most unhelpful,  person I got just kept copy and pasted the way to change my email and password. Was extremely frustrating. Probably hasn't helped that I have had to pay for an account with them separately this week so I could watch it.

  • Can I ask if you have resolved this as I have the same problem and they have put premium netflix so I have been charged extra on my bill. I have someone in my account which he's locked the profile and changed my email address to his

  • Netflix is always being hacked - Spain seems the most common location of the hackers. It doesn't matter whether you pay via VirginMedia, Sky or EE/BT.

    You need to get in touch with Netflix themselves to get the issue fixed.

    Some unhelpful support and Netflix will tell you it is a VirginMedia issue.

    I think all VirginMedia can do is stop the payments - they can not access your Netflix account.

  • The Spanish that have hacked my account are still using it a week after report. I have cancelled my direct debit as not paying for others to use my account
