Any onscreen error messages or onscreen code?
You previously had this problem using V6 box <here> but have now postedd in the TV360 forum.
If you have switched to a 360 and are seeing the app pausing on the N logo then go to
Home > Settings > Audio & Video > Match Frame Rate > and if 'match frame rate' is set to 'On' then change it to 'Off'
