Netflix not loading

Hello all, 

my v6 is no longer letting me use the Netflix app. 
It launches fine however just gets stuck on the loading screen. I can find anywhere to reset any settings for the app or anything. 
Any help would be appreciated.

Can you use other streaming apps or OnDemand services? They all use the same internet connection.

If yes - this could be an app-specific issue and restarting your V6 via the Help & Settings menu would be the first thing.

If no - we can troubleshoot an internet connectivity issue.

I am sorry to hear that you are having issues with the Netflix app, can you confirm if you are still having issues since posting and if what Japitts has suggested has worked?

Can you also check all cables are hand tight.
