Netflix app will not open

I am unable to open the Netflix app on my V360 box. I cannot get past the N screen with the cursor continually turning. This happened for the first time yesterday. It was working fine before then. It is also working on other devices. I have turned off the power at the wall and turned on again but it makes no difference.

    If a reboot of the box hasn't worked I would try a factory reset of the box using the keep recordings option that usually fixes most problems, the other thing to try is changing the match frame rate to off if it's set to on.
