Netflix 4K down to 1080

Is anybody else having a problem with Netflix at the moment through the 360 box only streaming in 1080 instead of 4K 2160, and the Mpbs speed dropping?

I've managed to correct it by streaming a different episode, and then returning to the current episode.

No idea why this has worked..But it has.
