Message on tv screen 're setting up tv channels

Hi I have a 360 box and a few minutes ago whilst watching tv a message came up saying we are currently setting up tv channels if this problem persists contact virgin media has anyone elsewhere this please. All my channels are there nothing is missing

  • If you don't have any problems with watching any TV channels and can watch any extra channels like Sky movies and sports that you might subscribe to I don't think you have a problem. 

    Have you checked your service status as has been suggested on your previous posts.

  • I've had that message apparently appeared on my screen but it went off everything seems fine
