It's awful.....channels are in no particular order so I have to scroll through hundreds to find. (Tried asking for channel 4 on voice command - didn't recognise it.)
How do I go back to the Tivo does anyone know? I've wasted enough off my life trying to find one channel I',m losing the will to live
If you migrated to the V360 Horizon platform voluntarily then there is no way back. The process is not reversible without replacing the boxes & re-provisioning the account, which VM is unlikely to do. With V360 you can create a profile & select the channels you want & the order that they appear. The voice control is known to have issues with strong accents.
