It's probably a faulty box. A lot of them tend to become faulty when 'upgraded'.

If that's on your 'second' TV360 box then thesigning in iPlayer issue tie in with the hard drive error on that device.
I tend to find that if I reboot my box, or turn it off at the mains, then I need to sign into most apps again. I've also noticed that if my box has received an update then I need to sign into most again too.

Thanks for posting, and sorry to hear you've been having some issues with iPlayer.
Has there been any change since you last posted? Can you confirm if you've tried a factory reset?
