iPlayer app won't stay signed in

Hi,

YET ANOTHER problem with the 360 upgrade, every time I use the BBC iPlayer app I have to re-log in, anyone any ideas as to how to get it to save details to avoid this?

    It's probably a faulty box. A lot of them tend to become faulty when 'upgraded'.

    Hi again DeadpoolsFist​ 

    If that's on your 'second' TV360 box then thesigning in  iPlayer issue tie in with the hard drive error on that device.

    I tend to find that if I reboot my box, or turn it off at the mains,  then I need to sign into most apps again. I've also noticed that if my box has received an update then I need to sign into most again too.

      You should upgrade to a V6, it doesn't have these log out issues.

        But the V6 TiVos need a license and the 360 doesn’t.

    Thanks for posting, and sorry to hear you've been having some issues with iPlayer.

    Has there been any change since you last posted? Can you confirm if you've tried a factory reset?
