Intermittent CS2004 errors and interference

Hi!

Getting very frustrated! I have already had 2 engineer visits to resolve this, but it still persists.

I get a brief interruption on screen with either pixelation and or Error CS2004, it's very annoying as its cuts out the sound briefly too. It's all over in a second but it happens up to 4 pr 5 times an hour and the channels appear random. I have absolutely no problems with streaming, so it is nothing to do with my Hub 4, this is purely the TV cable on my 360 Box.

I have had my box changed, internal cables and connections checked and even replaced by the engineers. They have also checked my connection to the street, but nothing seems to help. I have spent weeks trying to fault find and check for interference from other equipment etc. No joy!

    Sorry I haven't been too responsive to your messages but it's been because I've had several engineer visits in an effort to resolve the problem.

    To bring you up to date, I've now had 4 engineer visits, a network callout and I've just had my whole cable replaced and if anything, the problem is worse! Effectively I've been completely reinstalled with all new kit (except my Hub4 which is working perfectly) and all cables and connectors replaced. It is totally bizarre!

    All the engineers are adamant that it is not interference but what else is left? I am the account holder and am willing to disclose my details to whoever of your tech team DM me again.
