fog or cloud on clock

When I change channel on my 360 box the information on the bottom of the screen is clear but sometimes the clock at the top right of the screen is sometimes hidden by a cloud or fog, is this something in my settings?

    Hi,

    I know what you mean when I have seen it it's usually in the morning when I rewind Sky Sports news back to the start from when it was first turned on and then fast forward to watch anything I want to know about.

    Just tried to reproduce that tonight and it hasn't done it, the clock has gone completely, never seen it when swapping channels.

    I assumed it was something to do with possible anti burning of the TV screen but why would Sky or Virgin worry about that.

    I will check Sky Sports news in the morning.

    We want to look into this for you and can you please post a photo of the software that your TV360 is on?

    You can do this via the following methods:

    (Home > Settings 'a little cog on the right-hand-side > Info > About).
