Eurosport / TNT

Hi,

Have tried making contact through shops, whatsapp, 150 and the other 0345 number. Can't speak to anyone.

I received an email on 21st Jan about Eurosport going at end of February, but that as a regular viewer, I could have TNT for free until end of current contract. The instructions given to go onto the on screen subs app didn't work, it said to go and do this on the online account. There was a time limit for doing this. I did that and the charge was an extra £12 per month. due to the time limit, I just went with it.

Thus need the original offer of free TNT until end of contract (October I think) honouring please.
