does the virgin tv control app work with virgin 360 box? the virgin tv go contrrol has very butons

i was offered to move from virgin v6 box to 360. I have to use the virgin tv control app with the v6 box that gives you access to virtually all of the virgin remote buttons on your phone. if i switch to 360 can i control the box with the virgin tv control app?

 If I can't, then i can't switch to the 360 box. I cannot use the physical remote because of my disability. I can only control the box through the app

    Hi ravspears,

    The control app doesn't work with the 360 you will need to download the TVGO app.

    If your TV has a smart remote you might be able to pair that to the 360 box, my LG smart remote is paired to the 360 using Ziggo set-top box. You might need Ziggo Mediabox Next depending on the TV.

    Conversions from TiVo/V6 to TV360 are completely voluntary, no-one is forced to accept the offer.

    The functions that TV Control provides for V6 boxes are provided by TV Go for TV360 customers.
