Hi. I want to use the online chat to contact VM but when I go to the CONTACT US section on the website and click the box that supposed to take me to the live chat, nothing happens. Does anyone have an actual working link to the chat? I need to contact them about booking an engineer to extend the cable in the house so I can move my house around as mentioned here

I am so sorry that you are facing this issue with the online chat, have you tried on an alternative browser at all?
We can actually assist with this here on the forums if you still need to book the appointment.
We would book an appointment for an engineer to attend and potentially move the Hub but there would be a call out charge of £25. If you are happy with this we can pop you a private message to arrange this.
