CS2217

Once again I’m not happy with 360 it’s very frustrating yesterday I kept getting cs2217 error every time I tried to play a recording. Reset the box and it sorted it. Again tonight exactly the same error, it’s just ridiculous. Never had issues with TiVo, why is this happening??

  • How is the 360 connected to the hub ethernet cable or wi-fi, if it's wi-fi can you try an ethernet cable. I would also make sure the box is set to fast start or active start.

    From your previous posts have you had the 360 replaced once or twice now.

    I seem to remember someone else saying they had the hub replaced for this error.

      Box replaced once, power supply replaced once, was on Ethernet via power line adapters, engineer took them away now on Wi-Fi it’s all very poor. Just seems like Virgin has launched 360 with no testing TiVo was miles better

        I've had 360 main and mini boxes for over 5 years without any problems, I received the new Humax boxes as an update (trial I think you could say). Is it possible you can try an ethernet cable or if using wi-fi try using the 2.5ghz instead of the 5ghz it's a stronger signal but fast enough.
