Can't pause live TV, storage 99% full

Our tivo box is 99% full despite deleting numerous recordings.

I even tried a factory reset but that didn't he'll and even showed programmes I hadn't previously deleted! 

Due to the storage reporting as full we can't pause live TV properly. 

 

Any ideas?

      It's a 360 box. We still call it tivo sorry.

        Hi again mr_pablo 

        No problems, a lot of people still refer to their boxes as tivo's ðŸ˜ƒ

        Have you tried deleting recorded programs using the TVGo app?

        Settings (the hamburger icon (three lines)) > Saved > Recorded > click on the program title, then Edit recording and Delete recording
