Cannot find option to cancel premier sports

 I have virgin media 360 and the sports/movies etc and recently I added premier sports for a rugby game I wanted. 
it was easy to add via the interface but when I have gone to cancel using the same way, there is no option.

i also received a mail saying the price of premier is increasing so I definitely do not want to keep this.

how do I cancel? Answers online for steam ( don’t think I have that) suggest the same way I added but my 360 box doesn’t seem to allow this? 
or am I missing something?

I also tried my account online but cannot find an option to cancel.

Any help is appreciated.

    You need to ring up to cancel / downgrade. Usually needs 30 days notice aswell.  Yes it should be possible to do online, like it is when upgrading, but they don't want to make it too easy to downgrade, as its not profitable for them to do so. Money is everything....

    You need to call Virgin on 150 from a Virgin phone, mobile or landline, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone to make changes to your account.
