Apple TV+ not playing through the app on my 360 box's.

I have a free subscription for Apple TV+ through Barclays, signed up got my ID etc.. but every time I try and watch through the app on Virgin it won't play, even though it says I'm subscribed in the "my account subscriptions part" , it just takes me back to the home page to sign up for the trial? I have no problems streaming on my PC. Is this like wanting to watch TNT Sports now on Virgin where you have to subscribe through them, to watch anything?

    I'm sorry to hear you're having some issues logging and accessing Apple TV via your TV 360 box. 

    Do you have this same login issue with any other apps, such as Netflix?
