Itv x will not play on v6 box

Hi

Itv x doesnt play - I have signed in and out of the app on the v6 box - Have switched v6 on and off to reboot  ( netflix & iplayer and prime work all fine) have cleared cookies resett in ITV X - works for one episode and then when i would like to resume it doesn't do anything - its been happening for about a couple of days - 

is anyone else having problems ? Router all ok too

Look forward to some advice as i have done everything - unsure if there needs to be an update or fixed ??

    I went onto v6 itv x app and i went to search bar > "trending" clicked on Trigger point s2 - it now play's - Thank you Japitts 🙂

    When you say.. "doesn't play", are you saying the app still loads, but whatever programme you select doesn't play?

    How about if you select the same programme from the V6 EPG/UI directly?

      Hi Japitts

      yes everything you have said & tried to play app via phone sign in it say's they are having trouble with browser eg safari and chrome

    What do you mean by "tried to play app via phone sign-in"?

    My suggestion is to compare the 2 methods of loading an ITV-X programme..

    1: Via the app - load the app via the V6 menus, search for the programme within the app, and play.

    2: Via the V6 menu. Find the programme, using "Search & Explore" if necessary > Watch from > ITV-X
