Amazon Prime not playing on 360

Did you get a solution to this problem. I'm getting the same. Got a new 360 box, replacing a tivo and alongside it upgraded a V6. The 360 works for everything.  The upgraded V6, now functioning as a 360, is not playing amazon prime programs. I get the try again later or go to amazon video help. But the 360 works, on the same network, same user

    I'm very sorry to hear that you seem to be having some trouble with the Amazon Prime app. Does this error message appear as soon as you open the app, or is it every time you try to watch content? Are you having any trouble with any other TV app or aspect of the TV box/service?

      The problem occurred when I tried to watch content, after the app opened successfully.

      It was also happening when opening content in U&Drama.  I have swapped TVs, HDMI cables, rebooted.  No improvement.

       A few days later (last night) I swapped the boxes.  Everything is working as expected now.  Unfortunately I didn't test before I swapped, so not sure if there was an update/fix or whether the swap did something.

    What ahppens if you swap the boxes around?

    Have you tried a reboot?  Have you tried a different high speed HDMI cable?

      I had swapped TVs, HDMI cables, rebooted.  No improvement.

      Then a few days later (last night) I swapped the boxes.  Everything is working as expected now.  Unfortunately I didn't test before I swapped, so not sure if there was an update/fix or whether the swap did something.  Thanks
