Accessing Netflix on our mobile
We have Netflix as part of our Volt package. Recently changed my phone to a Samsung model (on O2). How can we access Netflix on my mobile using our Virgin Media subscription?

Hi Frostyballs,
If you have downloaded the Netflix app just sign in using the same email and password that you use on the TV.
Don't need to login on our TV - no email address or password needed. Just open the app and it goes straight to my profile. Click on my profile and get full access.
That's because your email and password are stored. You'll need to check emails from Netflix for your account information.
