360 Upgrade

Hi 

I'd like to upgrade my existing V6 boxes to Virgin 360 but I have no option in the home screen and no app in my apps.

Can anyone help please?

    Thanks for your post, if you are unable to locate the options within the V6 menus. You can also find the option via your online account. Please try this link.

    How many V6 boxes do you have?

    Are you looking to upgrade them all? 

    How currently are you looking to do this, have you checked the settings?

    Have you already requested an upgrade?

    Do your research before doing this. Have a look through the forum ,   many have found it a downgrade with the loss of many Tivo functions ( and its irreversible). Its a cost saving downgrade  for VMs benefit only.
