360 upgrade failed

We have received our 360 remotes, the update has failed and we have lost all our on demand, recording functionality and no update option available. We called 5 days ago and were told the update would be sent again, which it has not, we need an engineer here to fix the update…. Please help!!

      Sorry to see the issues your experiencing with the upgrade to 360.

      We will be able to get this resolved for you, It's just a matter of passing security over a private message and forcing the upgrade from here.

      If you can check your logo at the top right of your screen that would be great.

  • I'm having the same issue. At first the remote was not delivered by yodel stating package will not be delivered and virgin are aware of it. Then on calling virhing they don't have a clue, promising to send the V360 remote, that didn't appear either. Again to customer services and then this time fortunately got one. But the boxes have same messages as the above poster and tried customer services who were next to useless as I've been without on demand or catchup or rewind/fwd services or watching on apps for nearly a month. I think it's time to move on from the atrocious service. I'm quite fed up wasting time in calling customer services who claim they didn't know what conversation occurred the last time with their agents when every conversation is recorded.

      Ni7z  can you please give us a bit more information?   Were the new remotes delivered, or not?  

      If you provide your details to the forum team they can fix the M63 issue for you, but you will need the remotes to get started.

        I've got one V360 remote. VM customer team said they have posted the other but not holding my breath until they arrive as I've been told this before and not received them hence the back and forth with them for nearly a month.
