360 upgrade failed

  • Got V6 box just had my new remote delivered. Restarted box as required. The upgrade started downloading and after 15 minutes it said it had failed. Any ideas?

    Hey swazer161 can you share a bit more about how it failed?  What did the error message say?

    Better yet can you share an image of it?
