360 updated box constant red light
My Virgin Media tv box has a constant red light on when switched on and working. The hub has white light. Frustrating, any ideas?

As long as the box is working OK I wouldn't bother too much. Is it exactly the same colour on and off, my box white light is getting redder, also some users previously have posted after a software update to the box this has happened and then another update has magically fixed it.
Virgin are rolling out version 5.09, if you press the Home button and go to Settings (the cog wheel) and then Info you should see what version software your box has, I am still on version 5.08.
