360 ungrade pointless

Since upgrading a few weeks ago, I’ve had nothing but problems with all the streaming apps. Now I can’t even watch Netflix or Apple TV, which I obviously pay for. It was a totally pointless upgrade. And yes I’ve obviously done all the usual troubleshooting, and still have to sign in via QR code for bbc player/itv/4 etc etc but still can’t watch my paid off apps. Any suggestions please people, apart from leaving virgin obviously.

    the 360 is an abomination. Netflix, Apple, ITVx are like Russian roulette to starting up at all, and iPlayer is on a constant log-in loop. Nevermind paying for these, Virgins own costs and services are a complete downgrade from the TiVo to this.

    Sorry to hear of this. What happens when you try and use Netflix/Apple TV? Any error messages at all?

      An update overnight seems to have solved the issue but getting very fed up with the continued problems, I've been a loyal customer for 10+ years, and I'm not considering moving service provider.

    I’m having the same problem, I pay for Netflix and Apple TV and can’t use them at all. And I have to re-sign in every time I want to use iplayer, itvx, 4 and 5, which is very inconvenient for the whole family as I’m the only one with the account details for all the apps. Seriously regretting choosing the upgrade, it is a waste of time and money.

      I've had a similar problem when trying to watch "catch up" on U.  I got round it by disconnecting the box from my TV and watching the app directly via my TV
