360 TV box not recording
My 360 box is not recording - message comes up saying recording failed due to technical issues. I've tried factory reset a couple of times - no joy. Can you help please?

Welcome to the Community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your TV box at the moment. Have you been able to report this to our team at all since you last posted? If not, are you able to share a picture of the error message that you're getting?
