360 rubbish

Is there any way I can go back to the old remote system and scrap the 360? It's driving me mad. Writing is tiny. Completely different system without benefit of any kind. I know we can magnify it but then it's a single channel only. Very bad design. We're elderly and arthritic and the remote is too small for our fingers. Impossible to speak to virgin. Phone service is abysmal. I need to fix this or goodbye virgin.        If it ain't broke don't fffffffix it.

    Unfortunately, it's not possible to revert back to the previous system having changed over to 360.
