360 remote not controlling tv

Can’t control volume or on/off button with virgin remote on my new jvc tv 

tried all methods suggested by virgin

    JVC are one of several brands of TV that are made under license by Vessel for companies like Currys, so it might be worth trying to pair the remote using Vessel as the manufacturer.

      Hi Sparkyd67,

      That should have read Vestel not Vessel I think the spell checker on my tablet must have kicked in.

      Have you had any luck with your remote.

    Sorry to hear of the issues experienced between the 360 TV remote control and your JVC TV.

    Can you please confirm if the advise issued by roy247 has since resolved this issue, or is this matter still ongoing?
