360 deleting recordings

I've got my 360 box deleting all my recordings randomly , I've rebooted it and its made no difference.  Ive searched on here and it would appear that the box has had it.

I called vm today and spoke to someone who was incredibly difficult to understand who told me there was nothing wrong with it and that they would monitor the box and contact me if there was an issue , and would do no more than that for me. Clearly this is just a ploy to get me to go away and stop bothering them .

Can any one on here help me to get the box replaced please?
