360 box so called upgrade

Well what can I say Virgin media have done it again. The 360 box is certainly no upgrade it’s missing many features is slow and clunky and the colour scheme is really not good for people with poor eye site. The tv guide is awful and they are still charging people for this DOWNGRADE 👏👏👏Certainly pulled the wool over our eyes. I for one won’t remain once contract ends

    It's a repeating story of customers being misled by 'upgrade' word.

    It 'upgrades' VMs profits as 360 is cheaper to provide, as they don't have to pay for  Tivo licences anymore. That's what they meant.
