New customer, trying to set up a 'My Virgin Media' account - keeps sticking on 'Request in Progress' when I try and set a password on my PC. And as I don't have an account, the helpline is no good, because it asks for letters from your password. Not a promising start!
Ah thank you - but the reply from VM seems to suggest that I need the installation to have happened before I can set up an account; the email I was sent, though, says that I can do it while waiting for the router (so prior to installation?)
I should also say that while this is a helpful answer (and therefore I marked it as such), I didn't realise it would mark it as 'solved' - which it isn't!
