Your Virgin Media - sticks on 'Request in Progress'

New customer, trying to set up a 'My Virgin Media' account - keeps sticking on 'Request in Progress' when I try and set a password on my PC. And as I don't have an account, the helpline is no good, b...

I should also say that while this is a helpful answer (and therefore I marked it as such), I didn't realise it would mark it as 'solved' - which it isn't!

    Matthew17 You can remove the solved tag by clicking on edit against the post you marked solved and cancel the helpful answer tag.

    The letter is misleading as you cannot create a My Virgin Media account until installation is complete.
