Hi,
I've been trying to register for My Virgin Media having just became a new customer
everytime I try to log in it says my email hasn’t been verified I have on multiple days pressed the button for another verification email to be sent but I've not had any emails through.
Any advice?

I'm also having the same issue. I signed up as a new customer yesterday and have tried to setup a virgin media account. I've pressed the email verification button numerous times and nothing has been received. Very unusual as I was able to setup this community account and verify the email for this but not a virgin media account.

I have a active M100 Fibre Broadband. I have initiated Sign-in in Virgin media page but I have received a verification link to my mail id. But its timed-out and I am not receiving any new verification link even on re-requesting.
I have tried the below link, Its not sending any link to verify(verified Spam folder in mail).
I am having exactly the same problem. Can someone help me on this issue?

We can certainly check this out to you but in order to do that I will need to confirm some information with you.

I have the exact same issue. been trying for over 24 hours now. last night I did receive two verification emails, but as soon as the link was clicked to verify, it stated that the link has expired so needed a new one. you really need to fix this issue. it's doesn't look good from a customer service perspective. please can this be fixed for me as well, thank you.

Thank you for coming back to me via private message.
It seems the same things has happened to you where there is no My VM showing as being registered. We will need to manually create the account for you.
I have sent this over a colleague to do and I will come back to you shortly with an update and resolution.

Would appreciate a fix asap as I need to change some settings to work from home. Web chat and calling hasn't been any help.

Thank you for sticking with me via private message on this one. I have just re-send the verification email for you.
If you could open that and click the activated link it will likely produce an error or won’t let you go anywhere. This is normal and it means that it’s done it.
From this point you would need to go to the log in page and use the details you signed up to My VM with. If when you do that, and it goes through and if you’re met by an ‘Oops message’ please leave it 24 hours and then sign back in and the message would be gone.

The email received was to confirm my username (not verify my email address, as stated) and the link does not work.
This issue is not resolved. I will reply in direct message to hopefully resolve this issue.

I'm experiencing the same issue as everyone else here. I had Virgin Media installed in June and I've never been able to log into the app because I can't verify my email. The first link I was sent said "expired" and I've never been able to get another one sent ever since despite multiple attempts. Could you please manually verify my email address so I can use Virgin TV Go? Thanks.
EDIT: Never mind, somehow after trying for months, minutes after posting this I finally got the confirmation email which worked so it appears I'm all verified now. Thanks anyway.

I too have this issue
Further compounded by the fact I have had multiple accounts with Virgin over the years so the email address I registered with I can sign up for my new account with.
Customer Services exceptionally unhelpful.

Sorry to hear you've not received your verification email yet.
I can see that you already have an IT ticket raised for this on our systems. If you have only just register to have us installed again, it can also be that your online profile has not been created yet at our side for you to gain access. Please let us know if you've heard back from your IT ticket, these should take 5 working days to resolve.

I am also having trouble verifying my account. I always receive the email an hour later and by that time the verification link has expired, so I have to repeat the whole process again, and by now the button to resend the verification link doesn't even work anymore.
