Unable to sign into My Virgin Media
As per the headline.
This is also affecting receiving emails. It seems as if my user name and/or password have been "forgotten".
When I try to use the 'Forgotten password' option, it doesn't recognise my email address. Neither the address or password have been changed recently.
I received a regular monthly bill a couple of days ago, so my account is obviously still active.
Help!
