Unable to register My Virgin Media account
Hi,
My broadband was installed yesterday but I am unable to register online with MyVirginmedia despite numerous attempts. Tried different devices/browsers and deleting cookies etc but it just hangs on the password page every time. Very frustrating.
Would appreciate advice on registering my account

We're sorry to hear you're having an issue with registering for My VM. This is something we can certainly check for you but in order to do that I'll need to confirm some information with you to pass security.
