Unable to access VM account
I am unable to access my account so when I opt to reset password I get this message:
You can't reset your password online right now, as you don't have additional details set up on your account.
To reset your password, please contact us and one of our team will help you.
I phoned the tech team last week who let me know that they’d send me an email to sort the issue however have not received this and still unable to access my account.
If someone could please help that would be great.
