Somethings not quite right
Hi everyone!
I’ve been getting the error message ‘somethings not quite right’ on almost every page I click on. I’ve tried on the Virgin Media App, mobile webpage and my desktop webpage!
I’m unsure what do do, all I want to do is set up a DD (I’ve literally been trying since Christmas, and I’ve had the same error since then) I spoke to someone on the phone TWICE and both times the agents just fobbed it off. Someone told me I couldn’t set up a DD on the phone because the app would start working on the 10th Jan and I had to do it there lol but here we are - I’ve worked in those customer service jobs so I understand why people say random things but I do just want this sorted!
has anyone had this issue before and know how to fix? I can’t even view my bill without getting the support error. I’ve attached it for reference :
