registering account

Broadband went active on Tuesday but I have been unable to register my account gets to the password part then had an error any help would be great please

    We're sorry to hear you're having some issues with registering your My VM account. This is something we can certainly check for you but in order to do that I'll need to confirm some information with you to pass security.

      ive been with virgin for around a year now and still cant register my account cant get past the create a password part i dont get a error messages just constantly loads saying request in progress ive tried multiple passwords/emails tried clearing my cache and tried registering in incognito mode still nothing works
