Quick pay
I'm so frustrated
The quick pay app is constantly failing
I've ended up wiring money from my back account recently
I was late paying £15 (includes £7.50 late fee)
I tried paying it again by your app..no joy
I wired £48 and it has been received BUT I've been restricted
My new bill isn't due to be paid til May 7th !?
I've just wired £50 which will clear everything and leave me £2 in credit
Please sort out your quick pay system
How can I get someone to check my account & payments & unrestrict me?
I also shouldn't have a late fee when it's your system that's at fault
