Problems updating email and phone number
I have had this problem before when changing my email and phone number online for my virgin media. Anyway this usually results in success posting here so can I get help with this again I have a new email address and I get verification link expired as soon as I receive the verification link and some emails from virgin goto the old email and some to the new. In the phone number box in my virgin media it says it's saved but as soon as I refresh the page the old number is back. I am going to knock up some screenshots that I'm happy to share in a private message with a virgin media employee then you will be able to see what needs doing exactly and what I see online. Usually some sort of ticket is created if the employee can't fix the issues themselves. Happy to go through this again but as I plan to delate my old email address soon this all needs sorting out. I do wish it was more simple to make changes then posting on a forum but I guess it is what it is. I would appreciate any help to get this fixed as soon as possible. Thanks
