Update my contact phone number & Email

Under the "account details" section of my Virgin Media Online account, I want to change my contact phone number and my email address but it keeps reverting back to the old ones.

Different browsers didn't work, I have also cleared cache and cookies. 

Could anyone be so kind as to help me with this issue or point me in the right direction.
