Change contact number

Hello,

I need to change my contact number in my account. I have tried to do this myself, it says it's been updated, but when refreshing, it's still some number that I have never used!

Can you assist? Thanks.

    We're sorry to hear you've had some issues with updating the telephone number on your account. This is something we can certainly check for you but in order to do that I will need to confirm some information with you to pass security. 

    I have sent you a direct message to allow us to do this with you in a private space. If you are using a PC/Laptop then you can just click on the little ✉ at the top right-hand side of the page to access your inbox. If you are on a mobile/tablet device then instead click on the little circle icon in the top right then select 'Messages'. 😊

      same problem here, tried updating from old landline to mobile, says changed on mine but then when I log back in its the same old number, what to do?

      Hi, I am facing this same issue where I try to update my contact number and it returns to the old number once I refresh, if you can please help
